Parking: Any Saturday night in Tempe can present parking challenges. Please plan for delays and consider alternative modes of transportation.
Take the light rail! There is a stop at 3rd Street & Mill Avenue that is directly west of the hotel and it is less than a 5-minute walk from the train platform to the hotel ballroom.
Carpool with others who are attending.
The hotel will provide valet parking service.
If you are a City of Tempe Police employee consider parking at the Apache Station and taking the light rail from there. If you plan on accessing the garage at police headquarters keep in mind that the hotel has a portion of the garage for valet customers and there will undoubtedly be a line to enter the garage.
There are several pay lots/garages in and around downtown Tempe.
Registration:
All guests will be required to check-in at the event registration tables in the foyer of the ballroom. This includes those of you who had tickets mailed to you. Registration will be done alphabetically by last name, look for the signs indicating which table to go to. If you purchased several tickets all under your name please try and have your entire party with you upon check-in. All guests will be receiving a wristband that will be required for entrance into the ballroom. With the Gin Blossoms performing and the expected large attendance personnel will be at the doors checking wristbands to ensure that only those who have paid are admitted.
Auction Item Payment:
Cash, checks, and credit cards will be accepted and all items will need to be paid for and picked-up on the night of the event.
